Who can do this? Have $30 million in property in Nogales mexico (recent
appraisal). Need a loan for $10 million, quickly (30 days or less). |

That will probably takes time, because it involves big amount of money. There's an incident similar to that happened on the property valencia. I heard it on the news just this year. Loans like that won't easily be released 
But still try to inquire on any banks of mexico. |
